Fuego

Fuego is a leather artisan based in Okinawa. On weekdays she works her regular job, and on weekends she enjoys camping with her husband and their dog, Marron, spending time outdoors, relaxing, and savoring the slow rhythm of island life.

She creates each piece one stitch at a time, entirely by hand. Because every item is hand‑sewn with care, her production is intentionally slow — each piece grows gradually, carrying the warmth of craftsmanship and the everyday joy she puts into her work.

She continues to enjoy leather crafting at her own pace, shaping and stitching thoughtfully, and creating pieces meant to be carried for years. Fun fact: she's a cousin of Saya, the owner of Ryukyu Treasures!
